Itinerary

Day 1: Agadir → Taroudant → Taliouine

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from Agadir. We drive inland through the agricultural Souss Valley to Taroudant, the "Grandmother of Marrakech." After exploring its impressive ramparts, we continue towards the Anti-Atlas mountains, arriving in Taliouine, the heart of Morocco's saffron country. We'll spend the night here in a local guesthouse.

Day 2: Taliouine → Taznakht → Zagora & Desert Camp

After breakfast, we travel through Taznakht, a town famous for its Berber carpets. Our journey continues south, and the landscape becomes more arid as we approach the desert. In the afternoon, we arrive at the edge of the Zagora desert, where you will meet your camel caravan. You'll embark on a 1.5-hour camel trek into the dunes to witness a stunning desert sunset before arriving at your traditional Berber camp for a night of dinner, music, and stargazing.

Day 3: Zagora → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate

Wake up early to experience a magical desert sunrise. After breakfast at the camp, you'll ride your camels back to meet your driver. Today, we journey up the magnificent Draa Valley, a lush ribbon of over a million palm trees dotted with ancient kasbahs. We'll follow this old caravan route to Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Morocco," where we will visit the Taourirt Kasbah and spend the night.

Day 4: Ouarzazate → Ait Benhaddou → Return to Agadir

On our final day, we visit the legendary Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a famous filming location. After a thorough exploration, we begin our return journey to Agadir, crossing the Anti-Atlas mountains. We expect to arrive back on the coast in the late afternoon, concluding your mini-Sahara adventure.
